Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive sales. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively communicate and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. - Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, blogs, and email campaigns. - Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, and attending them to facilitate their success. - Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and improve customer experience. - Manage and update the company website and social media profiles. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-7 years of experience in marketing or related fields (preferred). - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in content creation and copywriting. - Experience with social media management and analytics. - Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics is a plus. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
