Job Description

We are looking for a candidate having experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales.

- Experience required: 13 years
- Location: Pune karve Road Work from Office

Requirements

- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Enterprise Software Solutions.
- Exposure to both domestic and international markets is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Open to travel at least 30% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in B2B Enterprise Software Sales (domestic and international markets).
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, requirement gathering, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, and senior decision-makers across industries.
- Conduct requirement analysis and collaborate with the technical/delivery team to align solutions with client needs.
- Prepare scope documents, RFQs, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and value positioning.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets while ensuring high lead-to-closure conversion.

Marketing:

- Support and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Contribute to brand-building activities including presentations, content development, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
