Jobs Description: - Assist on regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates. - Assist with onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries. - Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees’ insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices. - Administer staff benefits and claims following Company policies. - Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately. - Maintain proper filing of employees’ documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company. - Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation. - Assist on ISO Audit coordination - Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization. - Other HR/Administration duties. Qualifications : - Min 3 years’ experience - Degree in Human Resource Management Sciences, Administration or a related field. - Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experienced working for a multinational company - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software. - Organizational and time management skills. - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. - Strong attention to detail - The position is based in India
