Jobs Description:Assist on regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.Assist with onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees’ insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.Administer staff benefits and claims following Company policies.Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.Maintain proper filing of employees’ documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company.Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.Assist on ISO Audit coordinationHandle all the IT-related issues in the organization.Other HR/Administration duties.Qualifications :Min 3 years’ experienceDegree in Human Resource Management Sciences, Administration or a related field.Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.Experienced working for a multinational companyProficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality .Strong attention to detailThe position is based in India
