Jobs Description:- Assist on regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.- Assist with onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees’ insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.- Administer staff benefits and claims following Company policies.- Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.- Maintain proper filing of employees’ documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company.- Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.- Assist on ISO Audit coordination- Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization.- Other HR/Administration duties.Qualifications :- Min 3 years’ experience- Degree in Human Resource Management Sciences, Administration or a related field.- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.- Experienced working for a multinational company- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.- Organizational and time management skills.- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.- Strong attention to detail- The position is based in India
