Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tele-caller role located in Kolkata at Pathfinder Educational Institute. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making calls to potential students, providing information about courses, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain information clearly and effectively
- Customer service and sales experience
- Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, and English
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
