We’re Hiring: Power BI Lead – Managed Services Work from home : Yes (May require travel out of India to client place based on project requirements) Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Experience : 9+ years At Namasys Analytics , we are looking for a technically strong Power BI Lead to manage our Managed Services engagement in enterprise reporting and analytics. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with program management responsibilities , ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across BI solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of BI programs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards - Manage governance for reporting, data security, and compliance - Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment - Oversee Power BI architecture , SAP HANA , and related BI systems (BW/4 HANA knowledge is a plus) - Mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts on best practices and technical excellence - Implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML/AI integration for reporting improvements Required Skills & Experience - 9+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Program/Project Management - Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server , Power BI Service , and SAP HANA - Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, BI solution architecture , and Row-Level Security (RLS) - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance - Prior experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent - Having knowledge of SAP BW/4 HANA. - Exposure to Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric Work Type Remote (may require travel to client locations based on project requirements) Why Join Us? - Collaborative and innovative work culture. - Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with skills and experience — no limits for exceptional talent. - Apply now and be part of a team that’s redefining data-driven solutions.
