The ideal candidate will have9+ years of total experiencein Business Intelligence, includinga minimum of 2+ years working with healthcare data. This is alead-level positioninvolving hands-on technical development, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality BI solutions that support critical business decisions.Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into impactful BI solutions. Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for data integration and transformation. Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports for enterprise-wide usage. Ensure data accuracy, security, performance, and scalability of all BI deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Stay up to date with BI technologies and recommend improvements to reporting architecture.Required Skills & Qualifications: 9+ yearsof total experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting. Minimum 2+ yearsof experience in theHealthcare domain(understanding of data models, attributes, and regulatory requirements). Expert-level proficiency in Power BI(DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, performance tuning). Strong hands-on experience in SQL(complex queries, stored procedures, performance optimization). Proven experience inSSRSandReport Builder . Working knowledge ofdata warehousing conceptsandETL workflows . Python Automation Scripting – Mandatory. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experienceleading or mentoringa BI team.Mandatory Requirements: Notice Period:Immediate to 20 days maximum (profiles beyond this will not be considered). Relevant Domain:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with US Healthcare Python Automation Scripting:Mandatory requirement.
