We’re Hiring: Power BI Lead – Managed Services

Work from home: Yes (May require travel out of India to client place based on project requirements)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Experience: 9+ years


At Namasys Analytics, we are looking for a technically strong Power BI Lead to manage our Managed Services engagement in enterprise reporting and analytics. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with program management responsibilities, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across BI solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of BI programs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Manage governance for reporting, data security, and compliance
  • Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment
  • Oversee Power BI architecture, SAP HANA, and related BI systems (BW/4 HANA knowledge is a plus)
  • Mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts on best practices and technical excellence
  • Implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML/AI integration for reporting improvements


Required Skills & Experience
  • 9+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Program/Project Management
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server, Power BI Service, and SAP HANA
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, BI solution architecture, and Row-Level Security (RLS)
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance
  • Prior experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs


Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent
  • Having knowledge of SAP BW/4 HANA.
  • Exposure to Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
