This role combineshands-on technical leadershipwithprogram management responsibilities , ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across BI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of BI programs, ensuringSLAs, KPIs, and quality standards Manage governance for reporting, data security, and compliance Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment Oversee Power BI architecture ,SAP HANA , and related BI systems (BW/4 HANA knowledge is a plus) Mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts on best practices and technical excellence Implement automation, monitoring, and exploreML/AI integrationfor reporting improvementsRequired Skills & Experience9+ years inBusiness Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Program/Project Management Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server ,Power BI Service , andSAP HANA Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, BI solution architecture , andRow-Level Security (RLS) Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance Prior experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programsPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)or equivalent Having knowledge of SAP BW/4 HANA.
