If you’re passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and have a deep command ofDAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric , this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with high visual and functional quality. Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose BI solutions, and present data-driven insights. Apply advancedDAXanddata modelingtechniques to extract meaningful business insights. Integrate and manage data fromSQL, Azure, SharePoint, Excel , and other enterprise data sources. Work withMicrosoft FabricandSemantic Modelsto build scalable analytics solutions. Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, and implementation ofrole-based security . Manageend-to-end BI project execution— from discovery and design to delivery and post-deployment support. Define and enforcebest practicesfor data visualization, governance, and documentation. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling usingPower Query (M language) . Represent the BI function in client meetings, demos, and strategic planning discussions. Required Qualifications 6+ yearsof experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics. 6+ yearsof hands-on experience in Power BI development. Proven experience inclient-facing roles , managing requirement gathering, and conducting solution demos. Expertise inDAX, Power BI data modeling,andperformance optimization . Proven working experience withMicrosoft Fabric . Advanced proficiency inPower Query (M) ,SQL , and handling large datasets. Experience withAzure services ,SharePoint , and enterprise-grade data environments. Strong knowledge ofPower BI administration ,workspace management , andsecurity governance . Excellentanalytical, communication, and presentationskills. Experience leading or managing BI projects in enterprise or consulting settings. Nice to Have Hands-on experience withPower AutomateorPower Apps . Familiarity withAzure Synapse ,Snowflake , or other cloud data warehouses. RelevantMicrosoft certifications(e.g., Data Analyst Associate – Power BI).
