Communication & Coordination Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages professionally. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining appointment calendars. Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and guests politely. 3. Documentation & Data Management Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents. Assist in data entry, database management, and updating company records. Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to the management. 4. Office Maintenance & Organization Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the office environment. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility teams for smooth operations. Monitor office equipment and coordinate for repairs or replacements when needed. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Soft Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
