- erve as the primary liaison between the AI team and business segments and functions, translating business needs into AI opportunities and building business cases for priority use cases
- Lead the AI Champions program, fostering engagement, training, and alignment across a diverse global network.
- Support resource development for the AI Champions, including training and supporting Champion needs
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and AI development team to prioritize and sequence initiatives based on business impact.
- Facilitate intake and discovery sessions with business leaders to identify high-value use cases.
- Ensure business readiness for AI deployments, including change management and enablement planning.
- Track and report on business value delivered through AI initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner to senior segment and function leaders on AI strategy and innovation.
- Support continuous improvement of the AI operating model based on business feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Experiences

- 5-10 years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or enterprise technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, business applications, and change management principles.

Competencies

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at the executive level.
- Experience managing global programs and leading distributed teams.
