Job description Job Title HR Generalist Location Perumbavoor Ernakulam Experience 3 to 5 yr Experience Qualification Any Graduation Job Type Full-time Salary Structure 3 Years Experience 25 000 - 30 000 per month Salary will be decided based on experience skills and interview performance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Ernakulam The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations including recruitment on boarding employee engagement compliance payroll coordination and performance management This role requires someone with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of HR processes and labor laws Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations address grievances and support conflict resolution Ensure statutory and legal compliance ESI PF Gratuity etc Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback Organize employee engagement and training activities Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in any stream 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws Excellent communication problem-solving and people management skills Proficient in MS Office and HR tools software Preferred Skills Recruitment Talent Acquisition Payroll Coordination Statutory Compliance Employee Engagement Performance Management Conflict Resolution Work Location Ernakulam On-site Job Type Full-time Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
