Job Title QA Documentation Executive Job Location Nagercoil Tamilnadu Salary 15k to 20k Industry Rubber Manufacturing Experience 0-3 years Freshers with good communication and documentation skills can apply Qualification B A English literature Must Job Summary The QA Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing reviewing and maintaining all quality-related documents to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements The role requires strong attention to detail excellent command of English and the ability to create edit and organize technical and procedural documentation Key Responsibilities Prepare review and control QA documents such as SOPs work instructions and quality manuals Ensure all documentation complies with company and industry standards Maintain document control systems and track document revisions and approvals Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records Coordinate with production quality control and R D departments for document updates Draft and proofread reports quality summaries and compliance records Manage electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval Assist in training staff on documentation procedures and record-keeping practices Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all QA documentation activities Skills Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong grammar formatting and proofreading abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Knowledge of document control systems preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic understanding of quality systems ISO GMP or related standards is an advantage CONTACT DETAILS VISHNUPRIYA HR RECRUITER vishnupriya a cielhr com 99438 28030 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
