We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Incharge to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
