Job Description
  • Coordinate and Execute Show Plans: Work closely with event managers and exhibit companies to plan, schedule, and execute exhibit shows according to the production guide. This includes pre-planning, coordination, and interaction with vendors.
  • Liaise between Teams: Act as a liaison between the location, event services, and on-site exhibit/production companies. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve show goals.
  • Damage Assessment and Reporting: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of ballrooms prior to load-ins and post-show to identify damages. Meet with production companies to discuss damages and report findings to ensure accurate billing.
  • Equipment Management: Procure and maintain all necessary equipment for clients and production companies. Adhere to location guidelines and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Work Experience: 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Role: Machine Shop Incharge/Supervisor.
  • Industry: Hotels & Restaurants.
  • Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
