HR GPS Senior AdvisorAbout our TeamThe HR Shared Services Operations that helps process accurate and compliant HR Operations for all 5 divisions of RELX Corporate Scientific Technical and Medical Legal Risk and Exhibitions as well as any acquired companies going forward About the RoleThe APAC HR GPS Senior Advisor will report to the HR GPS Supervisor They will support operational HR Shared Services and for RELX s APAC Regions including all 5 divisions and acquired companies The role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of Shared Services Hire to Retire in compliance with regulations for all APAC countries Additionally the Senior Advisor will contribute to global transformation projects and Continuous Improvement functions in line with RELX s strategic goals POSITION SUMMARY KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Ensures delivery of effective day-to-day services for employees and managers in India Oversees the daily HR operations including Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding policy interpretation myHR Workday etc across India Maintain and update employee records and data in the HR information systems Workday and ensure data integrity and security Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on the use of self-service tools and technology for HR transactions and information Collaborate with HRBP HR COEs and other key stakeholders to implement and improve service center processes systems and standards Supports education of local employees to increase adoption of HR technology such as myHR Participate in engagement activities with other regional shared services team membersCollaborates with internal audit team and external auditors to complete audits on HR operations Supports HR-related projects in India Supports process transition process streamlining and experience in Lean activities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPEPRIENCE Min Bachelors degree in Business HR or related field5 years of experience in human resource service center operations or related role Good to have experience in working for Australia and New Zealand Countries Familiar with local labor law employment regulations and tax policies of IndiaExperience with HR technologies and data analyticsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to solve problems and provide solutions based on proven practices or proceduresLanguages Fluent in EnglishWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work life balance across the organisation We offer an appealing working prospect for our people With numerous wellbeing initiatives shared parental leave study assistance and sabbaticals we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long-term goals Working flexible hours -
