Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will be tasked with achieving sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive attitude towards business development and market analysis. Qualifications - Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to conduct Market Research and understand industry trends - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the EdTech sector or familiarity with AI and future skills is an advantage - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
