What You Will Do:

As a Senior Sales Executive at Nilon Valves Pvt. Ltd., you'll play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales, focusing on industrial valve products. You'll manage client relationships, handle tenders, generate leads, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for valves across industries.
- Handle government & industrial tenders end-to-end.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis and report to management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Must-Have:

- 23 years of proven experience in industrial valve sales.
- Hands-on experience with tenders and institutional selling.
- Strong industry connections in Gujarat or nearby markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work from Narol, Ahmedabad office.

Good to Have:

- Background in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Experience in working with E-procurement portals (GeM, etc.)
- Knowledge of local and national valve markets.
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice.
