Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Customer Service Manager. The responsibilities include managing and improving customer service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and overseeing support processes. The role requires working collaboratively with teams to address customer concerns, analyze feedback, implement effective solutions, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction - Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate feedback and drive process improvements - Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and coordinate effectively with teams - Ability to handle escalations and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Experience in a customer service leadership role is preferred - Knowledge of the automotive, farm equipment, or relevant industries is an advantage
