Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients physical and mental health conditions to develop customized yoga therapy plans.
- Design and conduct individual and group yoga therapy sessions targeting specific health issues such as stress, chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health conditions.
- Monitor client progress and modify therapy plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists to provide integrated care.
- Educate clients on yoga principles, breathing techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support holistic health.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, client progress, and outcomes.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote the benefits of yoga therapy.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in yoga therapy and related fields.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards in all therapy practices.

Qualifications:

- Certification or diploma in Yoga Therapy from a recognized institution.
- 5 to 10 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga therapy.
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions treated with yoga therapy.
- Experience working with diverse client populations, including those with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients toward achieving their wellness goals.
