**Position Title**: Physiotherapist (Offline Centres - Pune)

**Location**: Multiple Centres Across Pune

**Shift Timings**:

- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- **Sunday**: Mandatory working day
- **Weekly Off**: Any one weekday

**Salary Range**:

- **Junior Physiotherapist**: Up to ₹20,000/month
- **Senior Physiotherapist**: Up to ₹25,000/month
- _(Experience in Sports Physiotherapy will be an added advantage)_

**Job Overview**

We are looking for skilled and empathetic Physiotherapists to join our offline centres in Pune. You will be responsible for assessing patients, creating personalised treatment plans, and providing effective therapy to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore functional independence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical histories.
- Diagnose issues and design tailored treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, structured exercise programs, electrotherapy, and other interventions.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with in-house yoga therapists, nutritionists, and other specialists for holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay informed about the latest physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Uphold professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and clinic standards.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training programs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- BPT/MPT from a recognised institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license/registration.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation methods.
- Excellent assessment, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect with clients and adapt communication styles.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
- Highly organised, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in Sports Physiotherapy is a plus.
