We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Solar to lead cutting-edge solar, wind & BESS projects. If you have 6–8 years’ experience and a passion for renewables, this is your chance to power the future.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage solar, wind & BESS projects end-to-end
- Lead design reviews & feasibility studies
- Conduct Energy Yield Assessments & prepare DPRs
- Ensure compliance with key industry standards
- Perform BESS sizing for diverse applications

What You Bring:

- B.E./B.Tech (M.E./M.Tech a plus)
- Deep knowledge of solar design (DC/AC), EYA & BESS
- Proficiency in Excel (macros), MS Office, data analysis
- Strong leadership & communication skills
