📣 We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid – Initial WFH, then Powai, Mumbai | ₹25K/month)

⚡ Help shape the future of energy with Teru — India’s first personalised energy co-pilot for homes.

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and articulate Inside Sales Representative who can own the customer journey — from first call to closed deal. If you're great at building trust, explaining value clearly, and following up with discipline, this role is for you.

🧭 What You'll Do

- Follow up with leads generated via website, ads, and campaigns
- Explain Teru’s value proposition in clear, non-jargony language
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline actively
- Coordinate with other team members
- Help iterate sales processes and customer insights
- Be the voice of the customer within Teru

✅ What You Bring

- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2C lead handling
- Comfort speaking with customers in English and Hindi
- Strong follow-up discipline and clear writing skills (WhatsApp, email)
- Tech-savvy: able to use basic CRM, sheets, and call tools
- Comfortable starting remote; willing to work from Powai office later

🎯 Bonus If You

- Have experience selling home solutions, consumer tech, or solar products
- Have worked in a high-velocity sales environment
