Responsibilities Key Deliverables1 Design and development of Steering and Front axle aggregates for Bus LCV ICV HCV MCV platforms 2 Good Hands on experience in DMU Team centre GD T CATIA V5 3 Steering Gearbox selection TCD Steering effort calculation 4 Knowledge of DFA DFM DFS DFMEA 5 Vehicles level and component level DVP requirements 6 Interact with CAE CDMM validation for aggregate development 7 Understanding of the standards Regulation related to commercial vehicles 8 Define predict system level performance requirements 9 Should have knowledge of benchmarking of contemporary vehicles and create a database 10 Verification of detail design by prototype building monitor project timelines ExperienceIndustry PreferredQualificationsGeneral Requirements1 Ability to design complete steering and front axle aggregates for Trucks Buses 2 Good domain knowledge on design of different types of steering and front axle system like manual power steering reverse elliot type front axle etc 3 Good knowledge on part and system level calculations 4 Sheet metal castings forgings design manufacturing process knowledge 5 SAM Serviceability Acceability Maintenance knowledge 6 Physical Metallurgy 7 CAD knowledge Catia Team centre PLM
