Job Description Job Description As anAssistant Manager Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Finance & Accounting operations, managing a high-performing team, and driving process excellence. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic initiatives across Ramboll's global operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management - Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting team. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Promote a service-oriented mindset and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs. Financial Reporting & Analysis - Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules (monthly, quarterly, annual). - Conduct financial reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management. - Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and budgets. Process Excellence & Controls - Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements. - Standardize documentation and procedures for clarity and consistency. - Support system implementations and ad-hoc financial projects. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Understand client needs and deliver on agreed expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance. Technical Expertise - Apply strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in R2R processes. - Provide expert guidance on financial processes and best practices. - Analyze data for reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience - Education:B.Com & CA Inter (or equivalent professional qualification). - Experience:810 years of relevant experience in managing Finance & Accounting functions, with at least 3 years in a people management role. - Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills. - Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with financial software applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Knowledge of Maconomy ERP is a plus. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
