Key Responsibilities: Lead overall academic, administrative, and student development activities. Proficiency in spoken Tamil is mandatory for the candidate Oversee faculty management, curriculum development, and research initiatives. Looking for professionals with proven experience in aviation industry and established networks in Airport Authority operations. Strengthen industry collaborations, placement opportunities, and global aviation networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, and aviation bodies to enhance institutional visibility and student opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Promote innovation, discipline, and a positive campus culture. Desired Profile: Postgraduate/Doctoral qualification in Aviation / Management / or related field. Minimum *10+ years of academic and administrative leadership experience*, with proven success as a Principal / VP/ Director / Dean/ HOD. Strong knowledge of higher education systems and aviation industry requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
