About the Role We are looking for a passionate and people-focused professional to join our HR team in an Employee Engagement role. This position is based at our Head Office in Adanishantigram, Ahmedabad. You will play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, driving engagement initiatives, and enhancing employee experience across the organization. Responsibilities Employee Engagement Programs Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs aligned with company values. Organize cultural events, team-building sessions, celebrations, CSR activities, and wellness initiatives. Drive employee feedback surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans. Develop effective communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and motivated. Draft newsletters, mailers, and internal announcements for better engagement. Employee Recognition & Retention Execute reward & recognition (R&R) programs to motivate and appreciate employees. Partner with HR Business Partners/Managers to address employee morale & retention concerns. Employee Experience & Workplace Culture Act as a point of contact for engagement-related queries and suggestions. Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging through initiatives and campaigns. Enhance onboarding experience with welcome kits, buddy program & orientation support. Data & Reporting Maintain engagement activity calendars and budgets. Prepare reports and dashboards on participation, feedback, and impact of engagement activities. Qualifications MBA in Human Resource Management 4–6 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement and communication.
