Job Description KEY DELIVERABLES Corporate SHE planning's, documentations, Monitor and evaluate implementation of SHE practices Assist and guide Zonal team to implement SHE Management System across zone Advise and assist execution / service team to incorporate safety standards and procedures in all activities Visit and monitor all work locations to verify the level of safety implementation Conduct audits across all businesses Organize and conduct safety training for employees Advise and work out on Hazard Identification and Risk assessment for new jobs and activities and guide site team for implementation. Review and update safety documentations Carry out investigation of Fatal / dangerous occurrences, Review of all near miss, LTI and MTI & recommend appropriate corrective measures and follow up for action Coordinate with Project directors/ heads to update on work status and level of safety standards at sites within the zone. Coordinate for recruitment of safety team, appraise and mobilize as per the requirements. Review and update contractor safety management Plan and organize SHE conclaves Coordinate and assist to organize safety events across organization Prepare and review safety training matrix across organization EDUCATION - BE/Diploma, B.Sc./ M.Sc., Diploma in Industrial Safety. EXPERIENCE (Years) - PREFERABLY 5-12 YEARS in Safety EXPERIENCE PROFILE Exposure to handle multiple sites Exposure to team building Thorough knowledge of safety processes and documentation
