Job Title Sales Executive - Automobile Industry Preferred Male Department Sales Reports To Sales Manager Team Leader Location Sambalpur Odisha Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads converting inquiries into sales and delivering an excellent customer experience The role involves understanding customer needs showcasing the features of various vehicles and assisting clients in selecting the right automobile as per their requirements and budget Key Responsibilities Customer Handling Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle models Provide detailed information about product specifications features and pricing Sales Activities Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and finance options Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Lead Management Generate leads through cold calling social media referrals and field activities Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Documentation Delivery Assist customers with vehicle registration insurance loan finance processing Ensure all pre-delivery inspections and documentation are completed Coordinate with the delivery team for timely and smooth vehicle delivery Post-Sales Support Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback and future referrals Address any concerns or queries to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Skills Minimum Graduate in any discipline preferably Marketing or Business Minimum 1 years of sales experience preferably in the automobile or retail sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities Basic knowledge of vehicle models and automotive industry trends Salary Starting from 9000 Incentives Travel Allowance Job Type Full-time Pay From 9 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Compensation Package Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
