Urgently looking for Sales Executive Experience 1-3 years in field marketing Qualifications Graduation any Age 23-43 yrs Location Sambalpur Bargarh Sundargarh Candidate should have experience in Cement Industry and commodities Only Male candidate required Candidate must have 2 wheeler and driving license Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets within the cement industry Build and maintain customer relationships Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new potential customers Promote products and services Promote the company s range of cement products and services to potential customers Identify new business opportunities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company s market share Achieve sales targets Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company Prepare and submit sales reports Prepare regular sales reports including sales forecasts market trends and competitor activities Manage dealer network Manage the existing dealer network and identify new distributors and sub-dealers Customer service Provide excellent customer service through direct salesmanship and ensure timely delivery of products Collect receivables Collect outstanding payments from customers Market research Conduct market research to identify market trends and competitor activities Travel and represent the company Be prepared to travel to different locations to meet with customers and represent the company Technical expertise Possess a good understanding of cement products applications and related building materials Communication and interpersonal skills Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Compensation Package Quarterly bonus Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Weekend only Language English Preferred Work Location In person
