Design build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights using BI tools mostly in Tableau Power BI - Accountable for extracting data using SQL designing developing deploying interactive data Visualizations - Data validation ongoing maintenance change management and building new reports - Maintenance of 100 accuracy in reporting and dashboard - Understanding of databases and the ability to design and develop a report It is important to be able to provide requirements to database developers to have the right data and structure in Production environment that is necessary to build performant visualizations - Demonstrate ability to listen and understand stakeholder requirement quickly build a design that end users can leverage it for answering the questions in their use cases - Deliver projects independently within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards - Leverage advance MS Excel functionality for data manipulation and validation work - Document business logic data sources and dashboard functionalities for future reference - Create and maintain process documentation ensuring compliance with BI standards and best practices - Have an affinity for continuously learning explore learn and implement best practices to enhance dashboards Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor s degree from a government recognized institution with certification in Engineering or Computer Application BE B Tech BCA - Four to six years of experience in Tableau desktop Power BI - Experience in MS Office like Excel ppt etc - Good coding knowledge of SQL - Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Master s degree from a government recognized institution with certification in Engineering or Computer Application ME M Tech MCA - Good understanding on MS Office packages and VBA Macro-based report automation will be preferred
