Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private-markets secondaries space. We are looking for an Analyst to join our deal team and work on some of the most dynamic transactions in private markets. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across every stage of a secondary process, working directly with senior team members and clients. As a high growth firm, we value people who are resourceful, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently. This role is open to full-time contractors in India who can work standard Central European Time (CET) hours, with preference for candidates based in Mumbai. Tasks Build and maintain financial models (fund and asset-level). Analyze portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials. Draft marketing documents and client presentations. Support execution and project management across live deals. Collaborate with the platform/tech team to enhance workflows. Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or strong internships. Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills. Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with strong attention to detail. Interest in private equity and secondary markets.
