We are looking for a passionate and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in recruitment and human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help us build a strong workforce.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for various positions.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers.
