Job Description: Sales Executive – Ascens Buildcon LLP Location: HO, Golf course road, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years (Real Estate sales preferred) About Ascens Buildcon Ascens Buildcon is a growing real estate company focused on delivering premium residential and commercial projects. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms. - Handle customer inquiries and provide project details with clarity. - Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful bookings. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities. - Understand customer needs to offer suitable real estate solutions. - Represent Ascens Buildcon professionally at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients. - Comfortable with fieldwork and conducting site visits. - Good understanding of the real estate market and local areas. - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. - Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
