**What You'll Do**:

Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
- **
Strategic Sales**: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, especially targeting Pharma franchise and PCD clients.
- **
Sales Analysis**: Track, analyze, and report sales activities to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
- **
Market Growth**: Identify new opportunities and effectively promote Pharma franchise and PCD business solutions.
- **
Collaborative Approach**: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee exceptional client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2+ years of sales experience; at least 1 year in Pharma business development preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Team-oriented but able to work independently.
- Eager to learn and ready for new challenges.
