Purpose of the Role The role exists to ensure that Electrical and SW project deliveries for Nexon EV programs are planned coordinated and implemented meeting project time cost and quality requirements Job Responsibility Project delivery management Scan project Feature List and identify HW and SW requirements Prepare delivery success criteria as per NPI process and track progress of deliverables Coordinate with all stake holders like EnE AE Chassis and B T and ensure that the project requirements are defined and shared with suppliers Conduct project review meetings to monitor progress and prepare progress report on deliverable Work with VE team to track issues and coordinate with stake holder in closing the issues Work with TS and CS teams to develop End of Line and Diagnostic tools Ensure generation of IPR ideas review documentation and oversee submission for patents Product Development Plan and review CoC group activities to meet and integrate with the organizational requirements of product time line quality management and cost for CoC system through deployment of NPI process Implement best practices to find and solve problems at an early stage shorten the product development lifecycle enhance the design quality reduce the development risks and be first time rightProduct Sustenance Plan review engineering changes by seeking periodic inputs from all stake holders to ensure features are implemented in totality Review and drive corrective measures on Quality issues wrt electrical HW and SW and implement the learning in Engineering Product Development Processes Evaluate VA VE initiatives ensure implementation in existing products for profitabilityDesired Candidate Profile Engineering Graduate with 8 years of experience in domain of product engineering and developmentIn depth knowledge of automotive electrical aggregate features and related ecosystem Experience of at least 1 project delivery in area of automotive Electrical and electronics Should have good experience of project management and issue tracking The candidate shall coordinate and monitor day to day progress working with stake holders The candidate must be well versed with general automotive SW development processCandidates shall be well versed in inter personal skill to discuss and coordinate his activitiesThe candidate must aware with product development cycle Especially for Electronics components Skills Competencies Product Design and Development Automotive electrical and electronics is preferred Customer centricityDriving executionProject management
