The HR Operations Executive will manage the daily HR operations at the Delhi corporate office, focusing on internal hiring, HRMS maintenance, employee records, and engagement activities. This role combines operational excellence with recruitment execution — ensuring all internal roles are sourced, screened, and onboarded efficiently while maintaining strong HR data accuracy and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal Hiring, Sourcing & Onboarding Coordination • Partner with all department heads to understand hiring requirements for internal positions. • Draft job descriptions and post openings internally and on job portals. • Source and screen potential candidates for internal roles (HR, finance, operations, talent acquisition, customer services and support teams, etc.). • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess role fit, communication, and motivation. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department leads. • Coordinate with CX team for onboarding activities once a candidate is finalized. • Maintain an Internal Hiring Tracker (requisitions, candidates in process, interviews, and outcomes). • Ensure all new hire records are updated in HRMS and employee master database. 2. HRMS & Data Management • Maintain and regularly update HRMS records for all internal employees. • Record changes in employee data (new joiners, transfers, exits, promotions, etc.) with complete accuracy. • Audit HRMS and shared trackers monthly to ensure data hygiene. • Generate HR dashboards for management: headcount, attrition, joiners/exits, and open roles. • Maintain digital employee files and ensure proper documentation as per audit norms. 3. Employee Lifecycle Administration • Track probation confirmations, appraisal due dates, and letter issuance timelines. • Prepare standard HR letters (confirmation, appraisal, transfer, experience). 4. Employee Engagement & Communication • Plan and execute monthly HR and engagement activities (festivals and recognition programs). • Maintain annual HR Engagement Calendar and coordinate with teams for participation. • Capture feedback on engagement initiatives and propose improvements. • Prepare and circulate internal HR communication (announcements, newsletters, new joiner intros). 5. HR Reporting & Analytics • Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports for management, including: - Headcount dashboard - Attrition and joining trends - Hiring funnel reports (internal hiring progress) - Engagement activity status • Maintain an HR performance dashboard for tracking TATs on key HR processes. • Support TAG Head with ad-hoc data analysis for reviews and audits. 6. Additional Responsibilities • Conduct 30/60/90-day feedback surveys utilizing HRMS for new hires and report patterns. • Maintain a leave utilization and attendance dashboard. • Create a monthly HR analytics summary for leadership (attrition, hiring, engagement stats). • Run Pulse Surveys using the HRMS. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to operations and recruitment. • Experience in sourcing and screening for corporate roles. • Strong working knowledge of HRMS platforms (GreytHR, Zoho People, Keka, etc.). • Proficiency in Excel and HR dashboards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
