3+ years of experience in Application Support
Must have hands on knowledge on ticketing tools e.g. service now, remedy etc
Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs and OLAs
Experienced in Problem and Incident Management
Flexible to work in 24 * 7 model rotational and night shifts
Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have knowledge on application monitoring tools e.g. SolarWinds
L0 L1 Application Support with knowledge of .net & SQL Server
Qualifications
Master or Bachelor degree in IT or Computer
