If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Prospect & Qualify: Proactively identify, research, and contact potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach to create long-term business partnerships.Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Manage follow-ups and address client queries promptly.Field Work: Coordinate and conduct on-site client visits to discuss project requirements and close deals.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in a sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.Education: A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or MBA in any discipline is welcome.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Mandatory Requirements:Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler or car) for local travel and possess a valid driver's license.Must have a personal laptop.Willingness to travel extensively within the local area for client meetings.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: A fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000.Travel Reimbursement: Cell phone and fuel allowance for client-related travel.Career Growth: A clear path for professional development and growth within a dynamic technology company.Supportive Environment: Work with a collaborative and results-oriented team.How to Apply:Ready to launch your career with us?
