Key Responsibilities: Handle international flight, hotel , and land component reservations. Optimize bookings for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Prepare quotations and ensure competitive pricing. Generate vouchers and necessary travel documents. Manage and resolve reservation queries promptly. Maintain up-to-date destination knowledge to provide expert advice. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and airlines for seamless travel arrangements. Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain detailed records. Support internal teams in delivering top-tier customer experiences. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or related fields. Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and land reservations. Proficiency in flight booking platforms, hotel booking platforms, and land arrangements. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
