Job Description
Special HR Projects (60%)
- Lead and support strategic HR initiatives such as digital transformation, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
- Drive HR Analytics initiatives to generate insights from workforce data, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR systems, tools, and processes.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Support employee experience and DEI programs through targeted interventions.
Business Partnering (40%)
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and development.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
- Address employee relations issues and ensure alignment with company policies and values.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee well-being.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally with exposure to both project-based work and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR analytics tools or platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
