Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Recruitment / Staffing (Domestic IT & Non-IT) Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the Role We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Account Manager – Domestic Staffing to manage client relationships, oversee recruitment delivery, and drive new business growth. This is a hands-on client-facing role, ideal for professionals who enjoy managing end-to-end hiring operations while maintaining strong client partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Account Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; understand their hiring needs, culture, and business priorities. - Maintain consistent communication, provide hiring updates, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts. - Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate offer and onboarding processes. - Manage client escalations and ensure seamless service delivery. 2. Recruitment Delivery - Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions. - Screen and review profiles before sharing with clients to maintain high delivery standards. - Track recruitment progress, manage interview pipelines, and ensure timely closures. - Maintain accurate MIS reports and share transparent updates with clients and management. 3. New Client Onboarding - Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional references. - Schedule meetings, present company capabilities, and onboard new clients into active recruitment. - Collaborate with management to finalize commercials, agreements, and service terms. - Achieve defined monthly and quarterly business development targets. Required Skills and Experience - 2+ years of experience in Domestic Recruitment / Staffing, with at least 1–2 years in client-facing or account management roles. - Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful hiring outcomes across IT and Non-IT domains. - Strong understanding of the Indian recruitment ecosystem, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies. - Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills. - Proficient with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. - Ability to multitask, manage recruitment delivery, and contribute to business growth.
