Job Summary:
MPC Cloud Consulting is looking to hire Technical Recruiters for our Gurugram office. The Technical recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Post/place ads on job boards
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to joining
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of technical recruitment experience. Should have handled IT hiring for internal and external customers. Pref on Oracle technologies.
