Job description Job Description for Technical Recruiter: Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate hiring decisions.Negotiate offers and manage the offer process.Requirements:Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter specializing in tech roles.Familiarity with technical skills and terminologies (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data science).Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
