Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will have strong technical financial skills, proven leadership ability, and handson experience with financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance. The Finance Manager will act as a key partner to senior management, helping to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize working capital and support longterm financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statements & management reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Coordinate and manage internal and external audits Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions Oversee treasury operations, including fund management and investment strategies Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements Assess financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and statutory compliance Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and project feasibility Candidate Requirements Immediate joiner preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce in a recognised institution; MBA preferred but not mandatory. (CFA / CFA aspirant preferred) 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting functions. Strong grasp of accounting standards (local GAAP / IFRS) and regulatory frameworks Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software / ERP / BI tools Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential financial information
