Job Description

- Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance
- Manage internal audits, CAPAs, and customer complaint resolution
- Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Review and approve raw and packaging material quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives like OEE and 5S
- Oversee GMP compliance in production and warehouse operations
- Lead quality-related training and SOP revisions across departments
- Coordinate finished goods release and vendor performance reviews

The Successful Applicant

- 12-15 years of experience in quality roles within the food industry
- A Master's in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
- Strong expertise in QMS, food safety regulations, and process audits
- Proven ability to lead teams and engage with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis skills
- A proactive mindset with a drive for operational excellence
