Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader with strong expertise in quality management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for heading various projects, managing all quality assurance functions, driving significant quality improvements, and achieving substantial warranty cost reduction.

  • Quality Leadership & Project Management: As the Head of different projects, you will manage all quality assurance functions, ensuring excellence across the organization.
  • Quality & Cost Improvement: Drive initiatives for significant quality improvement and achieve substantial Warranty cost reduction, directly impacting profitability.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Apply your expertise to overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions that align with corporate quality objectives.
  • Customer & OEM Engagement: Lead Customer Interaction with OEMs for New Product Development, ensuring quality requirements are met from concept to launch.
Requirements
  • Electronics degree is mandatory.
  • Must have a strong background in Electronic Switches manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in corporate quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality assurance functions, drive improvements, and reduce warranty costs.
  • Experience in customer interaction with OEMs for new product development.
