Senior Quality Leader

This is a challenging role for a QA leader well-versed in test automation, cloud-native tooling, and GenAI-augmented testing practices.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer who thrives on building intelligent, resilient, and scalable quality engineering frameworks for modern enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks across API, UI, performance, and integration layers.
  • Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
  • Leverage IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, for test environment provisioning and configuration.
  • Use AI-driven test generation tools to auto-generate test cases from user stories or acceptance criteria.
  • Implement autonomous testing agents for exploratory testing and uncovering edge-case failures.
  • Build and maintain self-healing test automation that dynamically adapts to UI/API changes.
  • Enable shift-left testing through early static dynamic code analysis and secure coding checks.
Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of experience in test automation and QA engineering in enterprise SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Strong expertise in designing scalable test frameworks for cloud-native applications.
  • Proficient in AI-enhanced testing and integration of GenAI tools into QA workflows.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security-first quality engineering.
  • Deep experience in API and UI test automation using modern open-source tools.
  • Passion for AI-powered innovation and proactive bug prevention.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the HTML DOM, CSS selectors, and data manipulation techniques.
